If you walk against the concrete wall and all the way against the hedges, you should go inside this big patch of weeds. On the left should be the edge of the map and there is a concrete wall. Go to the area where those two steel canister tower things are, and go to the side OPPOSITE the hole you can crawl through (by the hedges). Enemies cant really see you while you are here because you are surrounded by fire. If you sprint towards the lump in the ground and jump at the top of it, you can get on top of that dumpster and go prone and snipe. Before the dumpster, the ground has a tiny lump (hill) in it.
